Personally, I believe that the things that happen in the corridors of power are best known by only one group of people- Those walking these corridors!
Maybe its 'cos I've read too much conspiracy books, or watched too much of 'Jack Bauer', but one way or the other, it appears the things we read in the dailies are usually warped up images of the true story or just a fraction of it. That said, I can't say with all certainty that IBB is guilty of the million and one heinous crimes against humanity that he was said to have committed while in office, the same way I can't say he is innocent. However, a cliche comes to mind at this moment, the one that says that 'There is no smoke without fire'. Should we then take our chances and hope that he will find whatever it was he forgot in Aso rock to the benefit of all Nigerians, or should we all rise up against another tenure of oppression, blood shed and manipulation?
Would you vote for IBB next year if he was the last politician on Earth?
